4. Transactional Data Compliance

NITBY is now able to correct your transactional data. For instance, with a simple keyword selected in you Purchase Requistion, NITBY will automatically complete the Preferred Supplier, the right Commodity and the contract id needed

Your user select a keyword 'Pencils' and select 'Preferred Supplier'. NITBY will automatically connect to your Procurement Database to complete the Preferred Supplier and the right Commodity

NITBY is now able to control your Transactional Data during the approval process using the Remote Approver concept.
